Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
• The product seal must not be broken (unless the item is found to be defective after opening).

2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product is physically damaged or broken upon arrival.
• Product is defective or not functioning as intended (Manufacturing fault).
• The product delivered does not match what you ordered (Wrong color/model).
• Parts or accessories are missing from the box.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
• Damage caused by misuse, water, or unauthorized repairs.
• Change of mind (e.g., “I don’t like the color anymore”) after the seal is broken.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Online Payments: Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank) within 7–10 working days.
• Cash on Delivery: We will contact you to arrange a transfer via mobile banking or store credit.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
